Refund policy

Balance Your Life LLC accepts returns of physical products within 30 days of purchase if in same condition as received.

To request a return, contact us at admin@balanceyourifewithdelsa.com with your order number.

Digital products, downloadable content, and completed services are non‑refundable. Programs and individual services can be cancelled within 5 days of purchase.  After 5 days they are non-refundable.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
